Required Information

Your complaint should include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information.
  2. The name of the rights owner you represent, if different.
  3. Identification of the copyright, trademark, design, patent, or other right involved.
  4. Registration details, where applicable.
  5. A clear description of the allegedly infringing material.
  6. The exact product page or website URL where the material appears.
  7. An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
  8. Supporting evidence, such as registration records, ownership documents, or official product references.
  9. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  10. A statement that the information submitted is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the rights owner.
  11. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may require additional information before they can be reviewed.

Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Casevoly may:

  • Confirm receipt
  • Request additional information
  • Temporarily restrict or remove disputed content
  • Contact the relevant supplier or content provider
  • Ask the complainant and affected party for clarification
  • Restore content if the complaint is withdrawn or not sufficiently supported
  • Terminate relationships with repeat or intentional infringers

Our actions will depend on the information provided, applicable law, and the circumstances of the complaint.

False or Misleading Complaints

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading intellectual property complaint may result in legal liability.

Only rights owners or properly authorized representatives should submit complaints.

Counter-Information

A person whose material has been removed may contact support@casevoly.com with evidence showing that the material is authorized, independently created, licensed, or otherwise lawful.

Third-Party Trademarks

Third-party trademarks, model names, and device names may appear solely to identify compatibility or describe the intended use of a product.

Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
